  You do not need any equipment except your mobile phone.  . We just need your mailbox/renter listings for each tag. We then code and send you their customized tags. You stick them to the corresponding mailbox and start tagging.

  Yes. Your tags are only scanned by YOU. Our program is built securely and resides behind an HTTPS:// framework for secure processing of all data. We use secure Stripe for payment processing.
